Join us for an insiders’ visit to the exhibit

Activating the Renaissance
the Walters Art Museum
Meet in the Center Street lobby

Thursday, May 5, at 6:00 PM.

Join fellow Yale Alumni/ae at the Walters Art Museum to tour the “Activating the Renaissance” exhibit with Joaneath Spicer, Ph.D. ’79, the James A. Murnaghan Curator of Renaissance and Baroque Art, as well as the curator of this exhibit.  Julia Marciari-Alexander, M.A. ’93, Ph.D. ’99, Director of the Museum, will also join.

Dr. Spicer will discuss the works on display and her thought process on bringing these works together.

Gather in the Centre Street lobby near the elevators and Dr. Spicer will take everyone to the exhibit.

Following the talk, we will walk over to the Hotel Indigo (24 W Franklin Street) and enjoy cocktails and small plates in their Poets Modern Cocktails & Eats lounge on the first floor.

As space for the tour is limited we ask that alums bring no more than one guest.

We look forward to re-convening with friends, old and new, after being apart for so long!

RSVP here for this event which will be limited to the first 40 people.

Parking is available on the street or in the Walters lot, on Cathedral at Centre Street.
