Join Annapolis Symphony Orchestra’s Music Director and Conductor, Yale Alumnus and Fulbright Scholar, Maestro Jose-Luis Novo, for an electric Symphonic Sunday in the Music Center at Strathmore Hall.

The 3:00 p.m. matinee concert on March 31, 2019 will feature a performance of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9, conducted by Maestro Novo with the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra and the U.S. Naval Academy Glee Club.  Also, the Program includes Deep Field by American Composer Eric Whitacre and inspired by images from the Hubble Telescope.  The guest conductor is Dr. Aaron Smith of the Naval Academy.

The concert will end at approximately 4:15 p.m. followed by a Question and Answer exchange.

Members of the Yale Alumni Association of Maryland (YAAM) and the Yale Club of Washington, D.C. are invited to a post-concert donor reception with Maestro Novo who earned both his Master of Music and Master of Musical Arts degrees from Yale University; he was bestowed with the Yale School of Music Alumni Association Prize.

Ticket price includes the Reception: $35 Adult and $5 for children 5-12 years
